Can I tell you a little bit about this house?
I first met these sellers as buyers, earlier this summer. They were looking for a bit of a project, something they could put sweat equity into over the course of a few months. And this house was right there, waiting for them. It needed work, but they were willing to do it.
Up until closing, I hadn’t even met them. Many of my buyers, in fact, worked with me entirely virtually until it came time to move to the area and sign the final documents on their home. We did everything online — video showings, digital signatures, etc. — and met for lunch the week before closing day.
And let me tell you, it’s an entirely different house. You know how you can see glimpses of something at first glance? An artist can look at a block of wood or marble and see a sculpture. A gardener can see full bloom in a bare plot. This couple took this house, cleaned it out, added fresh paint and new flooring throughout, and transformed it into the house we’ve got today.

(My favorite part? The “primary suite” upstairs. But you’ll have to let me know what you’d use the space for).
